Olympian on Test Anxiety

Through the years we’ve met so many students who struggle with test anxiety and feelings of nervousness. In fact, students of all levels struggle with low confidence or feeling like they’re bad test takers. We’re very privileged to have spoken with Olympic Gold Medalist Barbara Ann Cochran about how she dealt with performance anxiety when she was a competitive athlete and how she coaches students to speed confidently down the sides of mountains–and take tests!
